I test how well the Inov-8 MudTalon Speed shoes drain water.

In this video, I’m doing a follow-up based on a viewer’s comment about how the Inov-8 MudTalon Speed trail running shoes drain water. I took them on a second test run, including a creek crossing, to evaluate their drainage. After getting my feet soaked, I was impressed with how quickly the shoes drained—no sloshing and minimal water retention. I also talk about the importance of wicking socks (I prefer Injinji toe socks) to keep your feet dry and avoid blisters. The shoes provided a stable foundation, with a wide, flat base and good flexibility. Overall, I’m pleased with their performance on the trails, especially in wet conditions. If you’re into trail running and looking for shoes with excellent drainage, these are worth considering. Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and join me on this trail running journey!
